In order to ensure the smooth running of your interim mission, we establish a tripartite contractual relationship between you, US-WORKS CENTER-and the «User» enterprise.

WORKS CENTER is your only employer

In this tripartite relationship, WORKS CENTER is your sole employer as a temporary work company (ETT).

As soon as you recruit, we will be able to offer you a mission in correspondence with your skills at one of our clients.

The user company

It is the USER COMPANY which provides the conditions for the execution of your mission: Organisation of working time, respect of working conditions, hygiene and safety.

  • The follow up of your mission will allow us to evaluate your degree of satisfaction to perpetuate our relationship and to satisfy you.
